Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant to support and implement Oracle EBS R12 solutions remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and core P2P/O2C processes, with a track record in functional design, troubleshooting, and client interactions.

The role involves supporting production environments, guiding business users, and collaborating with ERP project teams on enhancements and integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle EBS R12 functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, BOM, and WIP.
• Strong knowledge of P2P and O2C business cycles.
• Experience with 1–2 full-cycle Oracle implementations and production support.
• Strong Oracle EBS R12 configuration, functional design, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Experience resolving production issues and supporting day-to-day Oracle ERP functionality.
• Familiarity with Oracle tables and AOL (Application Object Library) objects.
• Experience working with business users and guiding Oracle ERP functionality.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills.
• Experience working with ERP project teams on enhancements and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions across Oracle EBS R12 modules.
• Configure and support Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, BOM, and WIP functionality.
• Support and troubleshoot P2P and O2C processes.
• Resolve production support issues and provide timely solutions to functional queries.
• Work on product enhancements, configurations, and functional design changes.
• Interface with clients and business users to understand day-to-day requirements.
• Guide business users on Oracle ERP functionality and assist with processes.
• Collaborate with ERP project teams to drive feature enhancements.
• Support Oracle EBS integration projects and troubleshoot issues across systems.
• Participate in implementation activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support 1–2 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations and multiple production engagements.
