Job summary

MI Softech Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant for a long-term engagement in Austin, TX.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical development skills with solid Finance, Order Management and Inventory techno-functional knowledge, including Oracle Workflows and BI Publisher/XML Reporting. 12–15+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience and strong stakeholder management are required.

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on technical expertise for a long-term consulting opportunity.

We are specifically looking for an Oracle Apps Technical Consultant who combines strong technical development skills with solid SCM/Finance techno-functional knowledge.

• 12–15+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12
• Strong Techno-Functional experience across Finance, Order Management & Inventory
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Workflows
• Excellent hands-on experience with SQL / PL/SQL
• Experience with EBS interfaces, customizations, development & troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of BI Publisher / XML Reporting
• Deep understanding of O2C (Order-to-Cash) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) lifecycles
• Experience leading large-scale Oracle EBS implementations, enhancements and transformation projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
