Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer for a full-time remote role based in the United States. The position involves building, testing, and maintaining Oracle-based solutions, with collaboration across customers, vendors, and partners.

Strong leadership and modern Oracle tooling are required, with a focus on cloud integrations and enterprise apps. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, a relevant degree or CSSLP, and proficiency in Oracle SQL/PLSQL

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• CSSLP certification or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering is required.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
• Expertise with Oracle Rest Data Services (ORDS) development.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Environments.
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Libraries.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle HRMS applications.
• Proficient in SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer, and TOAD.

Responsibilities

• Uses software development technologies and tools to build, test, and maintain product modules, components, and subsystems.
• May require interaction with customers, vendors, and external development partners.
• Participates in large system and subsystem planning.
• Researches and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.
• Develops technical designs and specifications for complex software solutions for customers.
• Provides technical leadership to lower-level developers.
