Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced OCI Security Engineer to design, implement, and operate security controls across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and hybrid environments. You will define security architecture, harden workloads, manage identity, and lead vulnerability and compliance programs.

The role requires strong OCI expertise, scripting in Python, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of cloud security experience with strong OCI hands-on.
• Deep experience with OCI Identity, IAM, and federation.
• Hands-on with OCI Cloud Guard, Security Zones, Vault, Data Safe.
• Solid understanding of CIS benchmarks and cloud-native security frameworks.
• Experience with vulnerability management, patching, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate OCI security controls.
• Define security architecture for OCI and hybrid environments.
• Harden cloud workloads and manage identity and access.
• Lead vulnerability management and compliance programs.
• Respond to security incidents and detect threats.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, ops teams.
• Mentor junior engineers through reviews and mentoring.
