Job summary

Teliolabs Communication is seeking an Oracle BRM Developer & Support to develop, customize, and support BRM applications. You will analyze production issues, work on billing modules, and develop FM/PCM components, collaborating with OSS/BSS teams and business stakeholders remotely.

The role requires strong BRM experience, Unix/Linux skills, and knowledge of telecom billing. You will contribute to deployments, performance tuning, and issue resolution in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Oracle BRM Development and/or Support.
Experience with BRM architecture, PCM APIs, FM customization, and opcode development.
Good knowledge of Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, SQL, and Oracle Database.
Experience in telecom billing and revenue management.
Exposure to production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and support Oracle BRM applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
Work on BRM billing, rating, invoicing, and payment modules.
Develop custom FM/PCM components and integrations.
Perform root cause analysis and provide timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OSS/BSS, testing, and business stakeholders.
Support deployments, enhancements, and performance tuning.
