Job summary

System One is seeking an Oracle Banking Product Analyst for a contract, remote-offsite engagement. You will lead deep system analysis across enterprise banking platforms and design scalable solutions to improve lending and financial processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and QA, leveraging Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance while supporting Agile delivery and backlog management in Azure DevOps. Strong problem-solving and clear communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in deep system analysis and solution design within enterprise banking or financial platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Banking, Oracle ERP Finance, and financial integrations.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, engineers, and QA.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep system analysis and solution design across complex enterprise banking platforms, identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities to improve lending and financial processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and QA teams to gather requirements, drive solution-focused discussions, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide expertise in loan disbursement, lending workflows, and financial integrations, with strong knowledge of Oracle Banking, Oracle ERP Finance, and enterprise operational controls.
• Support Agile product delivery by partnering with Product Owners and TPMs to manage backlogs, Azure DevOps work items, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant solutions by analyzing tradeoffs, challenging assumptions, resolving requirement gaps, and aligning outcomes with enterprise architecture, governance, and regulatory standards.
