Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC seeks an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications in a remote US-based role. You will work with product and logistics teams to digitize workflows and modernize older interfaces.

You will specialize in PL/SQL, ORDS, REST APIs, and front-end tech, optimize performance, implement RBAC and secure coding practices, and ensure solid data modeling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on enterprise Oracle APEX development.
• Strong PL/SQL, SQL, and database object modeling.
• Experience integrating APEX with ORDS REST API and Oracle ERP modules.
• Web technologies including JavaScript, JSON, HTML5, and CSS3.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy robust web applications using Oracle APEX (v21.x+).
• Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers and views.
• Build and consume RESTful Web Services via ORDS to connect APEX apps with external software and Oracle ERP modules.
• Customize front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX for clean user experiences.
• Diagnose slow pages/queries and optimize database objects for high concurrency.
• Implement RBAC, row-level security, and secure coding to guard against SQL injection and XSS.
