Job summary

AllCare is seeking a Supervising/Collaborating Physician to oversee our APP team on a flexible 1099 basis. The role supports remote or in-person shifts and requires a Georgia licensed MD/DO with board certification in Family Medicine.

You will supervise multiple APPs, provide clinical guidance, perform chart reviews, and ensure compliance with state requirements. Telehealth experience is a plus, with credentialing and administrative support provided by the organization.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active Georgia medical license.
• Must be located in Georgia or primary practice location in Georgia.
• Family Medicine board-certified.
• Meets applicable state requirements to supervise/collaborate with APPs.
• Current DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to APPs in accordance with state requirements and protocols.
• Serve as supervising/collaborating physician for a minimum of 4 APPs.
• Provide clinical consultation and support when APPs have questions or need escalation.
• Participate in chart review, quality assurance, and clinical oversight activities as required.
• Support APPs in delivering safe, evidence-based patient care.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with applicable requirements.

We’re looking for board-certified MDs/DOs to serve as Supervising/Collaborating Physicians for our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who make up our Advanced Practice Provider(APP) team. This is a flexible 1099 opportunity for physicians who want to support APPs, stay clinically engaged, and earn additional income without taking on a traditional full-time commitment.

Physicians must meet all applicable GA state licensing, supervision/collaboration, and practice requirements.
