Legrand Slovenija is seeking a Product Manager for Optics to lead the Approved Networks portfolio. This remote role collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to drive growth, profitability and go‑to‑market success.

The position requires 2–4 years in product management, strong cross‑functional leadership, and knowledge of optical networking solutions. Travel ~20% and a competitive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Strong analytical, financial and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Knowledge of optical networking solutions for data centers and service providers.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel ~20% as required.

Responsibilities

• Own overall business performance of the Approved Networks portfolio.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive portfolio optimization through pricing, lifecycle management and investments.
• Maintain understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Engage with customers, partners, and sales to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate market insights into product roadmaps and value propositions.
• Define and manage product roadmap based on opportunity and demand.
• Build business cases and prioritize investments.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead go‑to‑market strategies and support launches.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Monitor results, feedback, and competitive activity to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain on forecasting and inventory.
• Manage portfolio metrics and profitability initiatives.
• Influence stakeholders and ensure execution across teams.
• Perform other duties as required.
