Job summary

FEMTOPRINT SA is seeking a Sales Manager for the Optics & Photonics business in North America. The role focuses on expanding market presence in NA, building a solid customer network, and driving recurring revenues through strategic commercial plans.

Responsibilities include developing KPIs, budgeting, reporting, and coordinating with Engineering to deliver tailored solutions. Remote work in the USA (preferably California) with flexible hours and strong travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in engineering, optics, photonics, or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Knowledge of Italian, German, and French would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Expand the business and market presence in North America for Optics & Photonics.
• Develop a network of customers in North America with local and global operations.
• Increase commercial traction with existing customers and generate recurring revenues.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies with KPIs and a business plan to meet targets.
• Support reporting, sales analysis, forecasts, budgeting, and strategy improvements.
• Identify client needs and provide technical solutions with the engineering team.
• Prepare proposals and develop commercial offers, R&D and supply agreements.
• Monitor market trends to strengthen positioning and offerings.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Plan and participate in trade fairs and events.
