The role partners with Project Managers to drive successful transitions, staffing, and cost control.

You will analyze metrics, manage labor utilization, and support budget development while traveling up to 65% to meet program needs and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 5–10 years in facilities management, BOS operations, or government contracting.
• Experience overseeing multiple contracts and sites simultaneously.
• Proven ability to mentor Project Managers and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for BOS and facilities contracts and ensure contract compliance.
• Mentor Project Managers to drive successful contract execution and performance.
• Monitor program performance, staffing levels, and service delivery.
• Lead PMRs, operational reviews, and customer meetings.
• Develop corrective actions from performance data and manage budgets.
