Job summary

Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Base Operations Support and facilities management programs. You’ll act as a key liaison between corporate leadership and Project Managers to ensure contract compliance, performance, and customer satisfaction while guiding multiple contracts remotely.

The role requires mentoring Project Managers, monitoring metrics, supporting transitions, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5–10 years in facilities management, BOS ops, or government contracting.
• Experience supervising Project Managers and multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of BOS services, asset management, and performance metrics.
• Experience with government contracts and compliance.
• Ability to travel up to 65%.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for BOS and facilities contracts.
• Mentor Project Managers to ensure contract execution.
• Monitor performance, compliance, staffing, and service delivery.
• Lead program reviews, operational reviews, and customer meetings.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements.
• Support contract mobilization, transitions, and phase-outs.
• Assist in proposal development and growth initiatives.
