We have a remote opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst with the PA Department of Health in Harrisburg, PA, for a long-term project. Please review the following job details and let us know if you are interested.

Position Details
  • Location: Harrisburg, PA (local candidates only)
  • Rate: $23/hour on W2 (no benefits)
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Objectives of Engagement
  • Respond to inquiries from citizens via phone and email
  • Provide helpdesk support to end-users
  • Assist with training inquiries and support
  • Develop strategies for training end-users
  • Maintain a respectful and welcoming environment
  • Assist with related tasks as needed
  • Travel for in-person training sessions as required
Skills and Experience Requirements
  • Proven ability to provide helpdesk support efficiently
  • Quick learner with new computer systems
  • Ability to diagnose issues using technical manuals and training materials
  • Experience with conference calls and webinars
  • Goal setting and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Effective communication skills (written, oral, electronic, in-person)
