The Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging at the University of Virginia is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Thoracic Radiologist to join the growing Section of Thoracic Imaging. Primary duties include interpreting thoracic studies such as plain films, CTs, and MRIs. The position offers the flexibility of working 100% remotely or partially remote, including remote call duties.

The Thoracic Imaging Section comprises six radiologists within the Division of Body Imaging and maintains active research and fellowship programs. The section provides comprehensive adult thoracic imaging services, including oncologic imaging, high-resolution CT, thoracopulmonary MRI, and lung cancer screening. An innovative hyperpolarized gas lung imaging program is also being implemented to support research initiatives.
