Job summary

Fortrea Inc. seeks Ophthalmology Clinical Team Leads (CTLs) to join our FSP team. We are looking for experienced CTLs with 2+ years of CTL experience and prior monitoring exposure. This is a remote US opportunity.

CTLs own clinical delivery, partner with the Project Manager and function as the CPM within the core project team to ensure delivery within contractual and budgetary requirements. You will oversee clinical and site management, and represent clinical delivery to the customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; 5+ years clinical research/monitoring experience and leadership of project teams.
• Experience monitoring clinical trials and overseeing external vendors.
• Proficiency in ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical delivery of trials and act as CPM within the core project team.
• Lead development of clinical project strategy and manage scope, timelines, quality and budget.
• Oversee regulatory submissions, vendor oversight, and change management in a matrix environment.
• Forecast revenue and manage costs to meet budgets; drive KPI tracking and risk management.
