Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve organizational procedures to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with client services and technology on project requirements and tracking.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and Kobie team; coordinate with external partners.
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities to scale operations.
• Lead program support activities, including facilitation and delivering results.
• Develop strategic plans for loyalty programs aligned with business goals.
• Monitor program KPIs and performance trends; adjust as needed.
• Manage end-to-end execution of rewards programs and deliverables.
