Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in project management, technical support, or account management.
• 5 years of experience as a project manager or team supervisor, without a degree.
• Familiarity with data management systems and implementation processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead conference calls with sales and client teams.
• Monitor progress of multiple project plans and ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide recommendations and troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Develop and deliver training regarding implementation processes.
• Provide progress reports to the Implementation Management Team.
• Collaborate with Project Managers for resource coordination.
