• 2 years of experience in customer service or related service roles.
• Experience supporting operational or technical support functions in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience with website navigation, account access and password resets is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clear process explanations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and client support across phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Assist with website navigation, account access and password resets.
• Document interactions and resolutions in designated systems with accuracy.
• Support hospital associates and client-facing teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership when needed.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and process improvements.
