Job summary

Kinetik is a leading energy services company servicing the Permian Basin with gathering, compression, processing, and water management solutions. The Remote Operations Center team monitors and controls assets to ensure continuous flow and on-time deliveries for producers connected to the Kinetik system.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and ideally ~1 year of natural gas processing experience, plus strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• About 1 year of natural gas processing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under stress.
• Proactive, takes initiative and is reliable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of compressor stations across the Kinetik Gathering System.
• Track residue sales volumes and coordinate with third party controllers.
• Remote start/stop of compression across the system.
• Operate amine and glycol systems; assist with start/shutdowns.
• Oversee NGL deliveries and coordinate with third party sales.
• Maintain detailed reporting of daily activities and events.
