Job summary

AnywhereWorks Ltd. is hiring Client Experience Associates to join our team. This role is available to residents of FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, TX, UT, ID, TN, MO, OH, or AZ.

A warm, upbeat tone and genuine interest in helping people are important. You will handle a range of call types and participate in paid training before starting full shifts, with 40 hours weekly during Learning & Development. Bring Your Own Device is required, and you’ll choose shifts based on performance tiers.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and fast typing.
• Ability to manage multiple channels (phone, chat, intake).

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and live chats across multiple channels, including appointment setting.

A Day in the Life of a Client Experience Associate

Handle a range of call types, including standard answering, Active Response (where a message pops up and you are to make an outbound call to someone), live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls. Calls often come in back-to-back, and we measure performance by quality, accuracy, ready %, and after-call work time.

A minimum of 8 hours every Friday and Saturday is required for the first 8-12 weeks after training.

• ~ You choose your own shifts each week, but choice is ranked by performance tier. Training
• ~2 weeks of paid training, followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development, where you’ll take live calls with ongoing support.
• ~ During this period, you'll need full availability for 40 hours a week and can't block off holidays or vacation time.
