Job summary

AnywhereWorks Ltd. is seeking a Client Experience Associate to join our distributed team. You will handle a range of calls, live chat, and scheduling tasks, delivering high-quality customer interactions with a friendly, helpful attitude.

The role requires dependability, quick typing (≥30 WPM), and the ability to work a consistent schedule during training and beyond. A BYOD policy and paid training are part of our onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Client Experience Associates

A Day in the Life of a Client Experience Associate

Handle a range of call types, including standard answering, Active Response (where a message pops up and you are to make an outbound call to someone), live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls. Calls often come in back-to-back, and we measure performance by quality, accuracy, ready %, and after-call work time.A minimum of 8 hours every Friday and Saturday is required for the first 8-12 weeks after training.~ You choose your own shifts each week, but choice is ranked by performance tier. Training~2 weeks of paid training, followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development, where you’ll take live calls with ongoing support.~ During this period, you'll need full availability for 40 hours a week and can't block off holidays or vacation time.
