Job Summary
ESFM, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Remote Procurement Director and Subject Matter Expert (SME). The Procurement Director will serve as a strategic leader overseeing a team responsible for both hard services (e.g, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, building systems, technical maintenance) and soft services (e.g, cleaning, catering, security, landscaping, waste management) within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) category.
The Procurement Director is accountable for setting the vision, developing procurement strategies, and ensuring execution across all regions/sites. The Director will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that procurement delivers measurable value, mitigates risk, and drives innovation while managing a high-performing team.
