Job summary

The vecA is seeking an experienced Senior OpenText xECM Consultant to join our client’s team for enterprise xECM implementations, integrations, upgrades and ongoing support. This remote-friendly role requires 4+ years of hands-on xECM experience across OpenText xECM, Content Server, SAP integrations and related tools.

The ideal candidate will lead upgrades, migrations, and configurations while ensuring metadata, taxonomy and content lifecycle governance. REST APIs and web technologies are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText xECM / Extended ECM.
• Expertise in OpenText Content Server (OTCS).
• Experience with xECM for SAP / SAP integration / ArchiveLink.
• Hands-on with OTDS, Archive Server, Brava & Blazon.
• Experience with WebReports, LiveReports, Workflows, Forms & Business Workspaces.
• Upgrades, migrations, configuration & administration of OpenText.
• Understanding of metadata, taxonomy, classifications, permissions & content lifecycle.
• REST APIs, HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an advantage.
• Strong requirements gathering, UAT, troubleshooting & production support.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure OpenText xECM / Content Server solutions.
• Develop and manage workflows, WebReports, LiveReports, Forms & Business Workspaces.
• Handle xECMSAP integration, ArchiveLink and SAP business objects.
• Perform OpenText upgrades, migrations, administration and troubleshooting.
• Manage OTDS, Archive Server, security, metadata, taxonomy and content lifecycle.
• Support requirements gathering, UAT, production issues and client/stakeholder coordination.

Location: Bengaluru / Udupi / Remote
Experience: 4+ years of relevant OpenText xECM experience
Notice Period: 1520 days preferred; 30 days if currently serving

Ideal Candidate
