Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a senior OpenLink Endur Functional Analyst to join Citi London. The role focuses on enhancing the OpenLink platform, integrating with the Global Commodities stack, and translating business needs into IT solutions.

You will work with Traders and Quants, drive system improvements, and lead testing and training activities to support go-live across multiple commodity classes. Hybrid work model and generous benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and extending OpenLink Endur or other ETRM systems.
• Experience in commodities products across multiple product classes including oil, metals, gas, power and emissions.

Job Overview

The OpenLink Endur Position is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. This candidate will be primarily developing an understanding of our users' strategic direction, issues, and project goals. The successful candidate must be able to bridge the gap between user-functionality and system developers and assist in documenting, evaluating, and translating business architectures and needs into IT applications.

The successful applicant will work closely with the existing development team to enhance the current OpenLink platform including integrating with the Global Commodities application stack. The successful applicant must demonstrate drive and initiative, be goal-oriented, dedicated and self-sufficient. He/she should be able to work well under pressure, adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain focus on key tasks during busy periods.

Responsibilities include designing and developing a technology stack, leveraging existing platforms and building new strategic platforms, and migrating existing business functions from legacy systems. The role involves close interaction with Traders and Quants to understand new requirements for applications across the platform, specifically focused on trade modelling and lifecycle. The candidate will work to increase productivity of the technology teams' build and delivery cycles, and design system solutions to maximize operational efficiency of business processes and workflows. Engaging with senior business heads, providing frequent and timely updates and managing expectations is also part of the role.

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Experience configuring and extending OpenLink Endur or other ETRM systems.
• Experience in commodities products, both financial and physical trade lifecycle across multiple product classes such as Oil, Metals, Gas, Power, and Emissions.
• Solid Business Analyst skills, including interviewing clients, developing process maps and functional specifications.
• Experience leading client teams through testing and training, followed by successful cutover for go-live.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Extensive experience in writing successful project proposals, planning and executing related projects.
• Project management skills and experience.

Additional / Nice to Have Skills

• Degree in a related field or experience in a similar role.
