Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to help shape autonomous agents for OpenClaw. This freelance, remote position offers compensation up to $50 USD per hour with weekly payments and flexible scheduling.

You will join a team that trains agents to perform complex, multi-step tasks with live tool integrations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, and systems integration, plus experience delivering production-grade software in live environments.

Competenze

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to give precise technical feedback on system behavior.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integrations.
