Job summary

AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a remote Open Source Issue Workflow Reviewer to evaluate model outputs against a versioned rubric. You will compare paired responses, assign severity tags, and write structured feedback to help retrain the model.

This contractor role requires careful rubric application across multi-page evaluations, spotting hallucinations, unsafe content, and drafting clear rationales. Availability of at least 10 hours per week and strong written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on open source issue workflow evaluation or adjacent content for Open Source Issue Workflow Reviewer work.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities
