Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Remote Online Notary to support digital notarization services in a fully remote capacity. The role requires an active Notary Public commission and ability to perform remote notarizations in the applicable jurisdiction, with sessions aligned to a 8 AM–5 PM PST schedule.

Responsibilities include verifying signer identities, reviewing legal and real estate documents, maintaining notarial journals, and coordinating with title companies and attorneys.

Qualifications

• Active Notary Public commission in a state permitting Remote Online Notarization (RON).
• Current RON authorization/registration where applicable.
• 1+ years of Notary experience required.
