Job summary
Unitek Learning is seeking an Online General Education Instructor to deliver courses in ASVN, BSN, and RN to BSN programs. You will develop courses, revise syllabi, and leverage the LMS to provide current content to a diverse cohort of online learners.
The role requires online teaching experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to multicultural, multigenerational students. Collaboration with the Associate Dean-Online Programs and Program Director-Online Nursing is expected.
Qualifications
- Master's degree required; Doctoral degree preferred.
- Experience mentoring students and strong communication skills.
- Previous online teaching experience using an LMS.
- Background in educational methodology and subject-related practice.
Responsibilities
- Teach online general education courses (ASVN, BSN, RN to BSN).
- Develop coursework and update syllabi for assigned classes.
- Utilize LMS to deliver content and maintain currency.
- Evaluate student progress and communicate outcomes timely.
- Maintain student records and assist program data collection.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development.
