Job summary

Strategic Education, Inc. seeks two part-time Assistant Faculty to support online undergraduate Business courses for the Winter quarter starting January 4, 2027. One role supports BUS335 Staffing Organization and the other BUS407 Training and Development.

This remote position requires prior online teaching and HR-related experience. Applicants must submit unofficial transcripts for full consideration; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze student activity in discussions and assessments and respond per instructor input.
• Assist in managing student communications.
• Escalate unique issues to the lead instructor.
• Assist with grading and feedback.
• Monitor engagement and provide recommendations to increase engagement.
• Provide tutoring or live sessions as directed by the lead instructor.
