Responsibilities

• Source leads from our database or your network.
• Arrange transportation, hotel, flights, dinners, and excursions.
• Package all paperwork and send it off to be completed.
• Resolve issues before, during, and after the trip.
• Inform clients of any changes to their itinerary.
• Utilize company and outside avenues to complete your bookings.

Requirements

If You Have:

• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality, ideally within the travel sector.
• Strong acumen, with an ability to upsell packages and experiences.
