Job summary

The Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Iowa is seeking an Oncology Registry Manager to lead the daily operations of the Oncology Registry program, oversee abstracting, reporting, and quality control, and ensure accreditation readiness. You will develop and manage data workflows, coordinate with clinical teams, and support NCDB/SEER reporting and compliance.

Hybrid or remote work within Iowa is possible, with annual policy reviews.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field required.
• 3–5 years experience in oncology data or registry roles.
• Proficiency with EPIC, CNExT, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Oncology Registry program, including abstracting oversight, QA, reporting, and data updates.
• Prepare and edit reports for publication and distribution to stakeholders and accreditation bodies.
• Ensure timely submission of registry data to NCDB, RCRS, and related bodies; maintain CNExT infrastructure.
