Job summary

MJH Life Sciences, a leader in medical communications, seeks a Medical Writer to develop peer-reviewed manuscripts, slide decks, and other content for oncology education. You will collaborate with a team of writers, editors, and project managers to deliver accurate, high-quality material across multiple formats.

The role requires an advanced life sciences degree and 2+ years of medical writing experience, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related clinical field.
• 2+ years medical writing experience in medical communications.
• Familiarity with oncology across disease states and therapeutic areas.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and InCopy.
• Familiarity with AI research and writing tools; apply them responsibly in regulated environment.
• Superior written and verbal communication with attention to scientific accuracy.
• Strong time management to handle multiple deliverables and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform literature reviews across disease states and clinical data to support content development.
• Synthesize evidence-based literature and clinical guidelines for oncology content.
• Develop high-quality written content for digital, video, and event deliverables with AMA style adherence.
• Manage content through full project lifecycle with faculty and internal reviews.
• Conduct global fact-checks to ensure scientific accuracy of deliverables.
• Assist in creating promotional educational materials compliant with FDA regulations.
