Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Oncology Expert to contribute remote, contract-based medical oversight for an AI healthcare project. The expert will evaluate clinical content, review trial materials, and provide guideline-based clinical reasoning without requiring AI background.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years post-training in Medical Oncology/Hematology, board certification, and experience with clinical trials. Strong communication skills and familiarity with oncology endpoints are essential.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Medical Oncology or hematology.
• 5+ years of post-training clinical experience.
• Direct experience with clinical trials as investigator, sub-investigator, safety physician, or clinical development physician.
• Solid understanding of oncology and hematology response criteria and endpoints.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Author and review clinical evaluation tasks requiring advanced oncology and hematology expertise.
• Analyze clinical study reports, safety reports, regulatory documents, and trial materials for medical accuracy.
• Evaluate efficacy/safety endpoints, including ORR, DoR, PFS, OS, and MRD.
• Assess dose escalation strategies, DLTs, adverse event grading and attribution.
• Review benefit-risk assessments and identify inconsistencies or implausible interpretations.
• Provide structured, guideline-based explanations of clinical reasoning and findings.
• Support AI model training with high-quality clinical evaluations and feedback.
