Qualifications

• 2 years of Clinical Monitoring experience.
• 60% overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all aspects of study site monitoring including routine monitoring and close-out of clinical sites, maintenance of study files, conduct of initiation visits.
• Manage site activities as prescribed in project plans and liaise with vendors.
• Perform general on-site monitoring and ensure protocol staff are trained for patient entry.
• Verify informed consent procedures and protocol adherence per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure data integrity on CRFs and other data tools, review for missing or implausible data.
• Assist with registry management and feasibility work as requested.
• Complete SAE reporting and follow-up narratives.
• CRF review, queries, and data reconciliation per guidelines; support training and local coordination when needed.
