Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with strong Oncology experience for a remote or hybrid role. This full-time position offers $125,000–$140,000 per year and the chance to contribute to cutting-edge cancer research within a stable biotech environment.

The ideal candidate holds a life science degree, 3–5 years of Oncology CRA experience, and deep knowledge of FDA regulations. You will oversee trials, ensure site compliance, and collaborate across teams to protect participant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years Oncology experience as CRA in biotech/pharma.
• Experience managing/co-managing clinical trials across phases.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines for clinical research.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with solid tumors is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and management of clinical trials from inception to completion.
• Ensure sites comply with protocol, FDA regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify data, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with investigators and staff to protect participant safety and rights.
• Prepare and review study documents such as protocols and informed consent forms.
• Coordinate with data management to ensure accurate, reliable data.
• Assist in presenting trial results to internal teams and regulators.
