Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in clinical research with increasing responsibilities, including leading projects and teams.
• Bachelor degree in Science (or comparable).

Responsibilities

• Lead 1 or several therapeutic areas (TA) in the country and oversee CRM teams.
• Ensure successful trial execution, enrollment and quality across portfolios.
• Develop operational strategies and quality plans for conduct of programs and studies.
• Collaborate with TA directors and local/regional stakeholders to build investigator/site networks.
• Manage local strategy, compliance with ICH GCP and company policies.
