Job summary

Theradex Oncology is seeking a Clinical Project Manager or Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee global oncology trials from feasibility to closeout. Location: USA Remote.

You will interface with sponsors, vendors, cross-functional teams and investigative sites to ensure quality, timelines and budgets are met. The role requires extensive clinical trial experience, strong project management skills, and proficiency with Excel/clinical data platforms.

Qualifications

• BS degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• MS or PhD preferred for Sr level.
• 4+ years of clinical trial experience; 5+ years for Sr level.
• Prior project management experience required.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office; ability to use electronic trial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful execution and proactive management of clinical projects as SME for assigned protocols.
• Monitor study enrollment, retention, and metrics; develop recruitment and retention solutions.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks; oversee CAPA plans.
• Manage TMF and collaborate with QA for audits and inspections.
• Oversee study budgets and timelines; review invoices and timesheets; manage change orders.
• Lead day-to-day study team activities and training.
