The role offers remote work within the United States and pays $350-450 per hour as an hourly contract. Candidates must be MD or DO with fellowship training in medical oncology or hematology/oncology and board-eligible status.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with fellowship in medical oncology or hematology/oncology.
• 3+ years of post-residency experience strongly preferred.
• Currently practicing in the United States and seeing oncology patients, or has done so within the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic, nuanced oncology tasks and scenarios around clinical trials.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical reasoning for accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
• Identify flawed logic, missed diagnoses, or unsafe recommendations in model outputs.
• Provide clear, well-structured expert responses reflecting real clinical decision-making.
