You will craft nuanced clinical trial–oriented tasks, review AI-generated clinical decisions for accuracy against current guidelines, and provide clear, structured expert feedback that informs model training. This role emphasizes rigorous documentation and concise written explanations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with fellowship in medical oncology or hematology/oncology.
• Active US clinical practice or within the last 3 years (3+ years preferred).
• Ability to articulate clinical reasoning clearly in written form.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic oncology tasks and scenarios around clinical trials to test AI model responses.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical reasoning for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with guidelines.
• Identify flawed logic, missed diagnoses, incomplete treatment rationale, or unsafe recommendations in model outputs.
• Provide clear, well-structured expert responses and step-by-step reasoning reflecting real clinical decision-making.
