Qualifications

• PhD in molecular pathology, genetics, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in oncology or genetic medicine.
• Experience with genomic data interpretation software (e.g., NGS analysis tools).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, NCCN, ASCO) for genetic testing.
• Familiarity with molecular diagnostic coding systems and claims platforms.
• Proficiency in interpreting NGS and other molecular diagnostics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.
• Proven capability to review others' work and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Improve quality and promote evidence-based medicine.
• Ensure the right service is provided at the right time for each member.
• Collaborate with medical director teams on inpatient care management and reviews.
