Family Response and Stabilization Services (FRSS) program! This program provides crisis response and stabilization services to Hennepin County families with youth ages 0-18 every day, 365 days a year! Crisis need is defined by the family, and services are driven by the family’s cultural, community, and clinical needs. Our Family Response Team de-escalates and addresses the immediate concern with the goal of responding in-home within one hour.
