Job summary

Siemens AG Austria is seeking an Omnichannel Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join the team remotely from Austria (Vienna). You will shape omnichannel strategies, coordinate channel experts, and drive performance across paid media including search, social, and programmatic campaigns.

We expect a Bachelor's in marketing or business, several years in paid digital media, and fluent English (German a plus). A flexible mix of home office and office work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of practical experience in paid digital media marketing.
• Proven expertise in managing paid media campaigns across PPC platforms with hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit advertising.
• Experience with web analytics, tracking, and media targeting tools (Sprinklr, AdServer, AMO, DV360).
• Analytical thinker with strong numerical data skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and proactive in international, agile teams; fluent in English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan omnichannel performance marketing campaigns across social media, media buying, programmatic advertising, and SEA.
• Coordinate a team of channel experts and marketing managers to implement strategy across channels.
• Oversee customer journey, segmentation, and content performance while optimizing campaigns in real time.
• Measure KPI performance and analyze data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Conduct audience and market trend analyses and support regional campaigns across markets.
