Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a part-time remote contractor to build realistic office task scenarios and record workflows in spreadsheet, presentation, and project-management tools. You will create sample files, data, and permissions, then capture steps clearly for AI training and evaluation.

The role is an hourly contract: 10–40 hours per week at $15 per hour (USD), paid weekly. A short paid assessment is required to confirm fit, with emphasis on accuracy and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Advanced everyday skill in the application.
• Good written English.
• Background in admin, finance, operations, education or data analysis is a plus.
• Able to commit 20+ hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Create task scenarios in spreadsheet, presentation, project-management or screen-recording apps
• Prepare sample files, data and permissions
• Record workflows such as formulas, pivot tables, charts or slide layouts
• Review recordings and notes for accuracy and completeness
