Mercor is seeking a detail-oriented Office-Suite Expert to join our remote team. You will open, inspect, and compare Office documents across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and grade AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics.

You should have 3+ years of experience with Office apps, strong Excel skills, formatting and templates, and excellent written communication. Immediate start; rolling reviews of applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience producing and reviewing office documents.
• Strong in Excel: financial modeling, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, charts.
• Strong in Word: long-form drafting, formatting, templates, track changes.
• Strong in PowerPoint: slide design, data visualization, brand-consistent decks.

Responsabilités

• Open and inspect downloaded office artifacts across Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx), and PowerPoint (.pptx).
• Perform side-by-side pairwise comparisons of two candidate responses and select the stronger one.
• Evaluate content and rendering of each document—layout, formatting, visual structure, formulas, and presentation against requirements.
• Grade AI-generated outputs against structured rubrics.
• Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior.
• Participate in onboarding office hours and calibration sessions.
