Fabiola De Armas P.A. is a fast-growing Latina-owned law firm based in Miami, FL that takes a client-first approach to estate planning and probate.

The Firm is looking to partner with a Of Counsel Family Law Attorney on a per-case basis. The Of Counsel Family Law Attorney will assist in moving new and existing Family Law cases to completion, with a focus on Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements.

This is a remote position.

In this mutually-beneficial working relationship, the Firm expects the Of Counsel Family Law Attorney to:

• Assist in the completion of Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements services as needed.
• Provide expert legal advice and updates to Clients.
• Review drafts of Family Law documents and provide changes.
• Collaborate closely with the Firm staff to develop and implement effective strategies to move Family Law cases along in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development of Family Law document templates.
• Complete consultations to determine case acceptance.

The Of Counsel Probate Attorney must have and upon request furnish proof of:

• Malpractice insurance

As part of this mutual relationship, the Firm will:

• Provide access to a team of experienced professionals to assist you with:
• Non-legal Client communications and scheduling
• Project management
• Document gathering and preparation
• Mailing and scanning services
• Drafting and research
• Manage all Client billing
• Provide access research search engine (Lexis)

The Firm will pay the Of Counsel Family Law Attorney forty percent (40%) of each case’s fees, paid out upon completion of a case. In general, the Of Counsel Family Law Attorney should expect to receive approximately $600 to $900 per case, with the potential to earn more with more complex cases.

Years of Family Law Experience: at least 3 to 5 years.

English: Fluent in written and verbal communications required.

Spanish: Fluent in written and verbal communications preferred.

Please note: This is an Independent Contractor position that does not come with benefits.
