Job summary

All Care Therapies is expanding its remote Occupational Therapy team to provide telehealth services across the United States. Clinicians evaluate and treat patients, focusing on improving functional abilities and independence through remote therapy.

The role requires a Master’s in OT, CA license or eligibility, and comfort with pediatric cases. Experience in clinics or schools is valued, and bilingual Spanish abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CAState Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients via telehealth and determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services and interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records including progress notes and plans.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
