Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth OT services to a diverse pediatric caseload. You will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to promote independence and functional improvement.

Responsibilities include patient education, documentation, and HIPAA-compliant care. A Master's in OT and active California license or ability to apply are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active CA State OT license or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Teletherapy proficiency using our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning via telehealth.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Deliver remote occupational therapy interventions to improve function.
• Educate patients and caregivers to enhance independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant privacy and compliance in teletherapy sessions.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively for remote sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current.
