You’ll field after-hours calls, educate patients on Cerner self-management, support care delivery in West Valley City, and manage bedside care alongside targeted charting. Relocation to West Valley City, UT or sustained remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Working understanding of Nasogastric Tube Insertion and Triage in real-world settings.
• 4+ years building trust in healthcare environments.
• Willingness to relocate to West Valley City, UT, or to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Field after-hours calls to decide who waits and who comes in now.
• Educate patients on Cerner self-management before discharge in West Valley City, UT.
• Support care delivery across Slack's West Valley City, UT facility.
• Handle bedside care and charting duties expected of a mid-level clinician.
• Set up and break down sterile trays on a tight OR turnover clock.
• Translate care plans into daily tasks for the nursing team on a remote schedule.
