Job summary

NeuroPraxis is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Independent Contractor) to deliver telehealth services across home and community settings in California. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support client goals using client-centered rehabilitation.

Ideal candidates hold a California OT license, possess a master's degree, and can communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• California OT license in good standing.

• Experience with brain injury and/or spinal cord injury.
• Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
• Experience in home-based or community-based therapy preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.

Role Description
