Responsibilities
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide customized solutions
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service
- Support peak season operations with heavy call volume
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assist customers with remedies to retain their business
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of commissioned sales and customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in written and oral communication
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in direct sales or phone sales
- Familiarity with various software and web-based applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
